ESVR staff offers guests a full property management and concierge service ranging from departure cleaning , pre-arrival inspections, professionally laundered linens and towels, trash pick-up and 24 hour on call service. Guest services works hand in hand with local vendors to promote regional activities and events. How are unforeseen maintenance problems handled?

Should a guest need maintenance service we are here to help. Round the clock service is designed to satisfy the guest and take the burden from the owner. Service orders are created from an owner’s list of preferred members of the trade. All properties are inspected prior to guest check in as well to insure minor maintenance issues are handled upfront prior to a guest arriving.

When do I receive my rental income?

Rental income is distributed via check or direct deposit by the 5th of each month. Owners are provided an online account to view bookings, deposit information and owner statements. Trust accounting also provides for annual tax reporting.

How do guests check into and check out of my home?

Our office is located in Easton’s prime historic district providing guests easy check in to all markets – St. Michaels, Easton, Cambridge, Oxford, Tilghman and more. Furthermore, the well situated corner location offers year round signage, exposing our business to the thousands of guests visiting MDs Eastern Shore during popular festivals and attractions. In order to simplify guest departure, we offer direct check out in which guests call our departure line automatically notifying housekeeping the home is ready for cleaning.

What services are provided after a guest’s departure?

Each time a guest departs, your property is returned to its original condition. ESVR’s property management staff handles departure cleaning, trash pick-up, linen and towel turnover, property inspection and hot tub cleaning when necessary for each guest turnover.

What additional property management services can ESVR provide for my home?

In addition to standard departure services, ESVR can assist with a wide range of additional property management programs – tailored to your needs. Additional services can include pool and hot tub service, off season property inspections, spring cleaning, landscaping and lawn care, handyman services and home décor and staging.
