Making Reservations

PLEASE NOTE AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2010 ESVR NOW REQUIRES A 1/3 DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. DATES CANNOT BE HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.

Step One
Follow the easy step-by-step instructions on our web site to reserve the home of your choice, or call us toll-free at 1 (866) 398-2722. Our friendly staff is ready to help you select the cottage, home or estate that best fits your requirements.

Step Two
An ESVR Guest Services Representative will send you a Vacation Rental Agreement via e-mail, as well as some additional information to help you plan your trip. Receipt of your deposit with your signed rental agreement confirms your reservation.

Step Three
Please be sure that we receive your VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENTT within 5 days of your initial reservation date.

Step Four
We'll send you a reservation confirmation receipt showing your final balance. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance must pay in full via credit card. Personal checks by mail will not be accepted within 30 days of your arrival date. Reservations are automatically cancelled if payment & signed Vacation Rental Agreement aren't received within the required time period, so don't delay!
